Everyday life

Do you have to say everything five times too?

  • The trash is still sitting there.

Reminded for the third time. And you've already half done it yourself.

  • A screen-time debate every evening.

How much longer, how much yesterday, why the brother gets more.

  • "Did I already give you that?"

Allowance by gut feeling. Nobody knows what's still owed.

How it works

Chores become quests — in three steps.

Setting up once takes minutes. After that, the quest does the talking.

  1. 01

    Create a quest

    Pick a chore, attach a reward: 2,50 € or 30 min.

  2. 02

    Your child does it

Accept the quest, do it, send a photo or comment as proof.

  3. 03

    The pot fills up

The reward goes into your child's pot — success is visible right away.

Rewards

Reward on your terms.

Money, screen time, a custom reward — or none. You decide per chore.

The mechanics

A quest can do a lot — but doesn't have to.

Child, category, reward, deadline. Everything else is optional.

  1. Category, reward, deadline

Quick pick from ready-made categories. Then attach 2,50 € or 30 min — and set a deadline.

  2. One-off, recurring, routine

The trash every Tuesday, homework as a routine, mowing the lawn once. You sort the list by child and status.

  3. Custom proof

Photo or a tap as proof — you decide per quest. Swipe right to approve what comes in; swipe left to send it back.

  4. Send back without starting over

Proof not enough? Sending back doesn't mean redoing it — your child just adds the proof.

Two sides

One app, two worlds.

Pepp shows the same everyday life in two views. You get the organised overview of all quests, your child a simple list to check off. You set the frame — your child decides within it.

Parent mode

Calm, clear, decisive.

Your view: plan and approve.

  • Create quests and sort them by child and status.
  • Set limits, wishes and screen time per child.
  • Review and approve proof — or send it back.

Kids mode

Motivating, rewarding, independent.

Your child's view: accept and get it done.

  • Accept quests, send proof, fill the pot.
  • Set a personal savings goal and pick an image for it.
  • Kids mode also runs on your phone, PIN-protected.

The pot

Waiting becomes visible.

Every reward you approve fills the ring around Pepp. Not an account balance, but progress your child can see.

  • Earned, not given. 12,50 € in the pot means four completed quests.
  • Savings goal with an image. Your child sees what they're saving for.
  • Your child cracks it open themselves. Cash in hand, into a savings account or a wish — you confirm.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe?

Yes. Your child needs no bank account, no card and no payment details. No real money flows through Pepp — the pot is a balance counter, and you handle the payout.

What happens to my child's data?

No ads, no advertising ID, no data selling. Pepp is GDPR-compliant and the servers are in the EU.

What does Pepp cost?

2,99 € a month or 23,90 € a year — one price for the whole family. 7 days free up front, cancel anytime.

Does my child really learn something?

They earn it instead of being given it, they see the progress in the pot and they wait for a goal instead of getting it right away. That's exactly delayed gratification.

Control or autonomy?

Both. You set amounts, limits and screen time. Your child decides within that: which quest, when, and what to crack the pot open for.

Another app for your child?

Not needed. There's a kids mode on your device, PIN-protected. Your child only needs their own phone once they have one.

From what age?

As soon as a child can read short sentences they manage on their own — in our experience from around six years old. Younger children use kids mode together with you.

What happens after the 7 days?

You get a reminder beforehand. Without a subscription the quests pause — your family, history and the pot are kept.

Chores become quests.

Set it up today, remind less tomorrow.
